To be accepted into Patriots Australia as a full member, you must have served in the Defence Force in either a full time or reserve capacity and own a motor cycle with an engine capacity greater than 250cc. (Trail bikes and scooters are unsuitable and will not be accepted into the club.)
Persons wishing to join the Southern Districts Chapter (SA) may do so by submitting a completed application form. On confirmation of the applicants' military service details, the applicant becomes a 'nominee' for a period of not less than three months.
While the attendance of chapter rides and other activities is not compulsory, nominees are expected to attend as many of these as possible within the nominee period.
On successful completion of the nominee period, the applicant will be offered full membership and the rights to wear the patriots breastplate.
